Professional Grading Rubric

This rubric is based on the criteria that professional editors and film schools use to evaluate editing work. Use it to self-assess every major project throughout the year. A score of 3 ("Proficient") represents competent, professional-level work. A score of 4 or 5 represents the work of an advanced or exceptional editor.
